该产品能一次性完成纸板的多色印刷、分切、压线、修边、开槽、切角、模切、打孔等多道工序、采用前缘吸附式送纸，

风量可调，主机变频控制。PLC 电脑相位电动调整，各连接部气动锁紧，电动分离，齿轮 40cr 材质高频淬火，精磨齿轮，

齿轮润滑采用喷淋式循环润滑齿轮与轴免键结构连接，该机具有套色准确，印刷图案精美，使用和维修方便，自动化程度高、

高效率生产隔张送纸等特点。

This Product can accomplish multicolor printing, cutting, scoring, trimming, slotting, corner cutting, die cuttting, and punching etc. all

in one time. The adsorption type feeding at the paper leading edge is adopted with the air follow rate adjustable. Variable frequency

control(VFC） is used by the main engine. the electrical phase adjustment is achieved by the PLC computer, And various connecting

parts are pneumatically locked and electrically detached. The material of the gear is high-frequency hardened 40cr, processed by ﬁne

grinding. Spray-type circulating lubrication is used for the gears. Key-free connection struture is adopted between the gear and the shaft,

This machine set features in accurate topping, luxurious printing pattern, convenient operation and repairing, high-degree automation, high

production efﬁciency, and paper feeding at speciﬁed internals etc.
